The Barack Obama Plaza meeting room suites are conveniently located just off the M7 motorway at Junction 23, Moneygall.

The facilities available are polished to a modern standard to accommodate groups in the business, state, charity and voluntary sectors looking for a professional meeting point.

The Barack Obama Plaza is the first motorway service station in Ireland to offer meeting rooms along with private dining area’s for the parties involved.

Prices vary from €50 for half a day to €90 for a full day.

We have six styled meeting rooms available for booking:

1. The Emmel Suite

The Emmel Suite is a small meeting room with a large board room table.

This suite accommodates 9 people and is ideal for Business meetings, boardroom meetings and interviews.

2. The Templeharry Suite

Templeharry Suite

The Templeharry Suite is equipped with modern technology for holding meetings and is adjustable to suit your requirements.

This suite may be used for training, meetings or set up in a theatre style format to accommodate up to 25 people.

3. The Mandeville Suite

The Mandeville Suite has a large Board Room table suitable for business meetings and will accommodate 14 people.

This suite is wheelchair accessible and boasts a large Smart TV in this modern spacious suite.

4. The Ink Bottle Suite

The Ink Bottle Suite is a long room with all modern facilities to accommodate up to 16 people in a board room type setting.

5. The Dunkerrin Suite

Dunkerrin Suite 1

The Dunkerrin Suite is equipped with stunning countryside views from the large window and incorporates a relaxation area for clients.

The suite is suitable for boardroom meetings, interviews and group discussions and has a 62inch Smart TV.

This modern suite can accommodate up to 24 people and is wheelchair accessible.

6. The Function Room Suite


Our function room is located on the 1st floor of The Barack Obama Plaza comes equipped with two television screens and in house PA system and podium.

This room can be used for conferences, meetings, events and exhibitions for up to 120 people.
